I'm contacting you to get an update on this product we bought a while back. We'd like to install it on another website, but the link is nowhere to be found in our member area. There is only the mention "Your order is in pending status", although we bought this plugin a while back and already implemented it on one website.

The contact form doesn't work, and we have already sent two emails about this matter and are waiting for your support. Please advise.

Your order is in pending state and we can't find any payment information on 2CheckOut side (payment processor which handles all payments on our site). Do you have a payment/order number from 2CheckOut?

Hello, so it seems we bought this plugin via Envato (see screenshot, deleted our name for privacy reasons), the payment has been done via this marketplace, so no 2Checkout order.

The support via this platform has expired, as you can see. So we can't contact them to get the plugin.

Please advise.
