Thank you for your work on this, I called my host and they changed the version of php from 7.2 to 7.1 no change - Then moved it to 7.0 and it worked. They ran the error test and found nothing but he seemed to know to go the php setting right away and said that it just needed to be updated to be compatible. Todd

It looks strange, the plugin is compatible with PHP 7.2.x. In any case, it is possible to find the reason of the problem if you provide the PHP error which occurs on results page. Regards, ARI Soft
