Hello,

Is it possible to see the problem anywhere? It looks like a conflict with a 3rd party plugin.

Please check our email. We received FTP credentials, but we don't have credentials for WordPress backend.

An error occurs on server side. We suppose it happens due to conflict with a 3rd party plugin. We need to see the error to find a solution how to fix it. Could you check web server error log or temporary enable debug info in wp-config.php file like described here (WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY parameters), open the page and send the error by email?
