I want to specify a folder for the thumbs for a lightbox gallery that has only one image in it, while the slideshow folder has many images.

I have "Generate Thumbnails" set to no, yet on the front end thumbnails of the gallery images are being displayed, and my specified thumbnail in a separate thumbnail directory is not showing.

I still need some assistance with this please. I have specified a path to my custom thumbnail directory I want to use, and the path to the folder of images for the slideshow. I have "Generate Thumbnails" set to no. Yet Sexy Lightbox still generates thumbnails from the main slideshow directory, and does not display my custom thumbnail. How can I make it read my custom thumbnail and not generate them automatically?

Sorry for the delay. If you want to show custom thumbnails instead of auto-generated thumbnails then specify path to folder with thumbnails in "Thumbnails path" parameter. For example if thumbnails are located in "thumb" sub folder and they have the same name as original images then populate the parameter with the following value:

thumb/{$fileName}

I did specify the path to the thumbs folder. My thumbs do not have the same name as the slideshow images, in fact I want to only have one thumb that when clicked on will open up the lightbox slideshow of all the images in the slideshow directory.

Can I please get some support for my issue? My client is really starting to freak out! It's been weeks since I posted! I can't find another solution out there that does what Ari sexy lightbox is supposed to do.

I installed ari sexy lightbox on a vanilla Joomla installation and it fails me in the same way as on my project site. I put the path to the folder that has the single thumbnail I want to use but it does not display and thumbnails of the slideshow folder images do display!

I emailed you admin logins. I can also provide logins to the server.
