Hi, guys,

I am trying to get this thing to work.

joomla 1.7.3;
ari sexy lightbox 1.8.48


I have installed the Ari extensions plugin and activated it.

now, when I open the ari sexy lightbox module and fill in my picasa user and album, it doesn't save the values at all.

what am I doing wrong?

Hello,

Do you use standard Joomla! module manager or 3rd party extension (for example "Advanced Module Manager" extension)?

Download "ARI Sexy Lightbox" package again please and upgrade "System - ARI Extensions" plugin. It should help.

Hi,

thanks for your quick replies,

i did just that, installed the newly downloaded ari extensions plugin
and tried again, but no use, it still doesn't save the data.

any other ideas?

Did you download extension archive after our previous post? If yes, could you provide temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate an issue?
