I am using Joomla 1.7 and I just purchased ARI Sexy Lightbox. I am trying to enable a popup window that displays a Chrono Form which is in a standard joomla module. When I go to the home page, I am expecting the lightbox to popup and I get nothing. All of my ARI pluggins are enabled. All of my settings are in the image capture located here www.mathesonwolf.com/images/lightboxscreenshot.jpg The website is www.mathesonwolf.com and I am expecting to see the image popup when you arive at the site.

Hello,

Open "System - ARI Sexy Lightbox" and "System - ARI Sexy Lightbox Anywhere" plugins settings page, check that "Include jQuery" parameter is set to "Yes" and re-save plugin settings in any case.

They were set to yes already. I still tried to resave the plugins. Still does not popup.

Select valid module position in "Position" parameter on module settings page.

Detailed help can be found in "Description" field on module settings page. Each parameter also contains a tooltip with description.
