TOPIC: Installation Issues

Hello,

The module provide ability to enter HTML code (it is possible to use images, Flash objects and others in this code) and the extension will scroll entered content. If entered content is not scrolled, provide a link to a page where we can see the problem so we could investigate an issue. It can be a conflict with a 3rd party extension.

OK, solved why it won't display images...

guess your documentation needs a bit of updating.

For the benefit of others perplexed at how to set this up, it makes sense and works great... like I expected it would. I figured out how to set it up from examining the page code on the demo.

Here is the missing secret: The plugin shows the HTML results you put in... example looked like you might set it up like say, SexyLigightBox where you point it to a directory. But, you need to literally give it the HTML command that returns the item you want to display... just not very clear in the documentation...

So, to show 3 images you'd need to include
< img src="images/stories/yourimage_1.jpg" height="200" etc />
< img src="images/stories/yourimage_2.jpg" height="200" etc />
< img src="images/stories/yourimage_3.jpg" height="200" etc />

Then it works... hopefully, this helps clarify this issue for all.

Hi, I have the same question. Can this plug-in show images as promised and where do you specify the path to the images???...

I was too fast... I am building webpage: diocesesjb.org
I am trying to use this plugin. Please go there and tell me what is wrong in my html.
I am trying to put some images that will scroll but I get only the text that should lead to the images..
Thanks.

Hello,

It seems this problem with content which is specified for scrolling and with module settings (module is collapsed). Could you provide temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate this problem in more details?

Try now please. Module was assigned to incorrect module position (Beez 2.0 template hides modules in position-4 module position) and incorrect code for scrolling content was used.
