I was wondering if it is possible or maybe there is a piece of code I can use that allows one to control the scrolling. For exapmle, if it were to be used to display lyrics and the video takes longer to load depending on the users internet speed, it would help if they could click and drag the text down again. I know there is a bounce feature but it can be a long wait for long articles.
Is there code or is this possible?
