Saving problem 8 Years, 6 Months ago

Hi
I'm working one a slider which contained a lot of effects and images, the problem is often save/apply doesn't work and sometimes after I save it slider is loading like a new slide (in this situation I checked **_arilayerslider_slider table and on my slider column, final lines are missing in the config section)

I test this site on two different online host and on a local host with no success.

Download and upgrade the component to v. 1.0.8. If it doesn't help to resolve the problem, could you provide exact step(s) how to reproduce it so we can investigate the problem on our test server? Regards, ARI Soft

Hello!

I have the same problem in my new website(I have more than 40layers in 3 slides), V. 1.0.9 was installed.

this error in the url is shown after the unsuccessful saving:

I think "config" and "layout" row in **_arilayerslider_slider Table are not capable of R/W huge data; is there anyway to Increase their capacity or optimizing extension for this situation?

Try to execute the following SQL queries (for example in AceSQL extension): 1. ALTER TABLE #__arilayerslider_slider CHANGE `Config` `Config` LONGTEXT NOT NULL 2. ALTER TABLE #__arilayerslider_slider CHANGE `Layout` `Layout` LONGTEXT NOT NULL Regards, ARI Soft
