It works now. What I've done is simply configure the module to work without ModuleAnywhere. Then I looked into the code and copy the JS & CSS includes into my code. To make sure it's properly located, I copied the lines into my template file. It's not nice but it seems to do the job. Thanks Admin for your help and advice
