Hi,

I puchased your module last night night but I seem to be having problems getting the images to appear. Currently I just get a black background.

I have the image path set too /images/ImageCerts/

I don't have a live site at the moment, but if you need more information please don't hesitate to ask.

I am using Joomla 1.5.18 and I have also attached a screenshot of my setting. The image files I am using are *.jpg.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, but it seems you forgot attach screenshot. Could you also provide archive with your images what you want to use with slideshow by email and HTML source of page where you try to use the module, for this open this page in a browser, choose 'File -> Save As' menu point and choose 'Web page complete' method?

Check your mail, please. It seems incorrect value of images path parameter is used. Use 'images/ImageCerts' or 'images/ImageCerts/' instead of '/images/ImageCerts/'.

PS: One note, if you want to generate thumbnails, set 'New width' or 'New height' parameters or both of them that specify thumbnails size.
