I just purchased and loaded ARI Image Slideshow on my website www.numerico.co.uk I am getting errors when the page is loading, and the images fail to load - I just get the loading symbol in the middle of the module position where the images should be. The web page error log is as follows:

The template I am using is JA Rave from Joomlart.

When I disable ARI Image Slideshow everything works fine again.

It looks like there's some kind of conflict between the ARI module and the template. Can you please help me resolve this?

Hello,

This is a problem with code which is used by T3 framework (it is used by your site template) for optimization javascript files. It modifies javascript file from the extension incorrectly. We have modified our extension that it can work with T3 optimizator. Download "ARI Image SlideShow" module from "Member Area" and upgrade it. It should help.

Hi thanks for the update. I have loaded this into my website at www.numerico.co.uk and now there are no errors when the page is loading, so I think I'm getting somewhere. However unfortunately no images are loading - still the loading icon in the middle of the screen. I have checked the path for images and I am pretty sure this is correct.

Can you please suggest what to try next?

Hi,

I had to disable the 'loading' icon to get it to work. I'm ok with this, but on i.e. I get a red 'x' in the top left hand side of the screen until the first image has loaded - this I don't like. Firefox is ok.

How can I get 'loading' to work and/or get rid of the 'x'?

It is again a problem with T3 optimizator. Download and upgrade the module please.
