For example if you want to show different title under thumbnail and in lightbox, use the next CSV file:

Code:

"File","Title","Caption"
"image_01.jpg","lightbox title","thumbnail"


Set "Title template" to {$Title} and "Caption template" to {$Caption}

Try now. Your CSV had incorrect format. You can use OpenOffice application that edit and create CSV files.
