Default name of CSV file is ariimagepopup.csv and it should be located in folder with images. If something doesn't work, could you provide link to page where we can see the problem and screenshot of module settings page or temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email?

Try now please. We have found several problems:

1. CSV file name is case-sensitive so Ariimagepopup.csv and ariimagepopup.csv are two different files.

2. CSV file was saved in incorrect format. Header columns "File" and "Title" were missed.

3. Image file names are case-sensitive so Da,_Brush_Interdental_El2-5p.jpg not the same as DA,_brush_interdental_EL2-5P.jpg

thank you! you really helpful.. it's same if i want to add description to the image? i mean to the header? should i add "description" after "file","title"?

You can add new column to CSV file and then specify it in "Simple gallery -> Item template" or "Simple gallery -> Caption template" parameter in module settings.
