When I add this code to the site the pdf button are not showing.

What am I doing wrong?

When we click "PDF" link, the lightbox with PDF document is opened. Could you describe in more details what's wrong?

The Lightbox is lacking the pdf-handling buttons on top that you have in your demo on wp-quiz.ari-soft.com/plugins/wordpress-fancy-lightbox.html#demo

Open "ARI Fancy Lightbox -> Settings -> Integration" page and select "PDFJS" value in "PDF Files -> Local PDF Viewer" drop-down:
