I bought pro - no updated occured to switch to pro 5 Years, 8 Months ago Karma: 0
I purchased ARI Fancy Lightbox - Personal v 1.7.6. I uploaded the plugin, and entered the API Key in the "Update" section of the plugin. I am not seeing any changes to receive the pro functions yet (purchased 10 hours ago). What needs to be done to see the change?

Uninstall free version, download PRO version in "Member Area" on our site and install it. You can read here how to install PRO version.

Have your installed it from local folder, not from WordPress plugins repository? Could you provide a temporary access to your WordPress by email so we can investigate the problem?

I have deleted the plugin from my local folder through cpanel file manager, and uploaded through the wordpress plugin page. Still getting the same result.

When I extract files from the ari-fancy-lightbox-pro.zip, the file folder and .php file only read "ari-fancy-lightbox". Is this how it should be?

I can set up a temp account today.

When I delete/remove the plugin, should I be checking the box "Clean Uninstall"? Would this make a difference?
