Hi There,

We've been using ARI Fancy Lightbox just fine for most of our PDF views, but recently we ran into a couple larger documents the PDF viewer will not load. One was 11MB and the other was 12MB. I downsized one to 4MB and it worked just fine. The other won't get smaller than 9MB, and the system still won't view it. I get this error:

"Invalid or corrupted PDF file
PDF.js v1.7.0 (build: ?)
Message: Invalid PDF structure"

Is there any way to change the settings so the document will work in the lightbox?

Or, is there any way to disable the lightbox if the file is too large? I tried making the link a direct download link and it still forces the document to try and open in the lightbox plugin.
