Hello,

I had your lightbox working when I first installed it, although it now seems to have stopped. I have tried to disable other plugins.

The site is up at: dev.suebartlett.co.uk/commissioned-works/

Any ideas to try to fix this would be gratefully accepted.

Hello,

You can use native WordPress gallery instead of JetPack carousel. Currently it doesn't work because carousel doesn't generate an appropriate HTML code for the lightbox.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

I've tried turning off Jetpack's galleries, and I've also disabled Jetpack. Your gallery plugin still doesn't load.

I have "link to" in the gallery settings set to "none", is that correct?

Am I missing something?

Please let me know if there's any other information you may need, like login details.

Select "Media file" option in "Link to" parameter. When it is set to "None", the gallery will contain only thumbnails and don't link them with original images so nothing to show into the lightbox.

The "Link to" option was the problem, that's fixed it.
