The extension can open all PDF document in the lightbox automatically if "Convert PDF links" parameter is enabled on "Integration" tab from "ARI Fancy Lightbox -> Settings" page.

It is not clear about photo slider if the extension doesn't work with a custom photo gallery plugin, please provide a link to a page where the problem occurs and we will try to provide solution how to fix it.
