sub menu alignment

The submenu is working correctly, but I would like to make 2 adjustments.

First, the submenu appears shifted to the right. What adjustments do I need to make to have it appear directly below the main menu item?

Secondly, what needs to be done to remove the down arrow that appears beside the main menu item?

Add the following CSS rules:

.ux-menu ul.ux-menu-sub
{
padding: 0;
}

ul.ux-menu SPAN.ux-menu-arrow
{
display: none;
}

One more question ...

The two sub-menus have the text centered in the block. I have the module set for text-align left, which is how I would them to appear.

What else do I need to adjust?
