I have purcahsed the product, download the file, but having difficulty uploading the zip file. I have an error message as shown on the image below. It tells me that JInstaller::Install:Cannot find XML Setup file.

I may have, I have uploaded the zipped files, enabled each file, have selected ARI Fancybox in ARI Cloud Carousel, but still cannot get the system to work. Also in Carousel I can only get it to work if I use a file which contains thumbnail images. If I use the folder with the main images and select thumb, I get the carousel effect but no images are shown.
