At present, the only way of finding out which version of Quiz you have is by querying the SQL database, which is not something some users will be comfortable with. I suggest that the version number is displayed on the License tab so it can easily be seen without having to look at the database.

Please! I was just wondering how will I know what version I have. Even the purchased zip file is "silent" in this aspect, with no identification of the version.

Currently if you want to know the component version, open 'Extensions -> Install / Uninstall -> Components' page.
