Hello!

I would like to suggest the following features:

1) A next/previous button to allow navigate the questions during the quiz.

2) When creating a Quiz using questions from a question bank, to have a list of the questions of the bank with the possibility of choose the questions marking them with checkboxes, and a checkbox to check all questions from a bank.

If you have any equivalent feature already available, pls let me know how to use it.
