The standard Joomla Main Menu module has options to specify Start Level and End Level.

Can this feature be added to ARI Ext Menu (and also to ARI YUI Menu).

It would make these modules even more powerful .

Sorry, but we need some clarification of your suggestion. If start level greater than 0, what menu node should be used as start point. For example if menu have the following structure:

- MENU ITEM 1
--- SUB MENU ITEM 1
--- SUB MENU ITEM 2
------ SUB SUB MENU ITEM 1
------ SUB SUB MENU ITEM 2
--- SUB MENU ITEM 3
------ SUB SUB MENU ITEM 3
- MENU ITEM 2
--- SUB MENU ITEM 4
--- SUB MENU ITEM 5
------ SUB SUB MENU ITEM 4
- MENU ITEM 3
--- SUB MENU ITEM 6

And start level is set to '1' or '2', what menu items should be selected?

I have tested with the standard Joomla module and here is the result:
level 0 = your MENU ITEM
level 1 = your SUB MENU ITEM x
level 2 = your SUB SUB MENU ITEM x

If you config:
start = 1, end = 2
Joomla will render as follows:
level 0 NO
level 1 YES
level 2 NO
level 3 NO, etc

If you config:
start = 1, end = 3
Joomla will render as follows:
level 0 NO
level 1 YES
level 2 YES
level 3 NO, etc
