Hello, Please enable "Application log" and "Debug log" parameters on "CF7 Connector -> General" page to investigate the problem. After this fill the form, return back to "CF7 Connector -> General" page and open "View log" links for "Application log" and "Debug log". Send the logs by e-mail please. Regards, ARI Soft
