In my Admin panel is message @Connects - Contact Form 7 Addon requires "CP_PLUS_NAME" & "Contact Form 7" installed and activated.@

Where and what i must write for disabled this message?

Hello,

Our plugin doesn't require any additional plugin except "Contact Form 7" and it doesn't show the specified message. It is shown by another plugin or by your theme.

I have one more question - auto updates is not available. How turn on auto updates?

Check that API key is entered in plugin settings like is described here.
