About warning message, you can ignore it because "Test" button on Zapier tab is only used to validate Zapier Webhook and send a test data. The plugin sends all available form fields (with empty value) and some meta fields. You can fill a test form which is integrated with Zapier, all the entered data will be sent to Zapier.

I have made 4 zaps for 4 different forms. is this the best way to do it?

Each form has own configuration. See Zapier tab on form settings page. You can use 4 different Zapier Webhooks for them.
