Hi,

I have tested Zoom in IE 10 running Window 8.1 and there appears to be a large space (approx. 300px) above the picture that doesn't appear in any other Browser. From the tests I have performed it appears to be JQuery related as when I disable JQuery the space is normal. However, when I disable JQuery I lose the Zoom effect. Can you help?

It works fine for us in IE 10, but javascript error occurs in "widgetkit" file (it is not "ARI Zoom" file). We will try to reproduce the problem on another machine.

Yes I know it works on IE 10 on Windows 7 but it's not working on IE 10 on Windows 8. I will investigate the javascript issue with widgetkit. Thank you for looking into this so quickly.
