Ok, I think I found it, I removed the lock, and disabled the geolocking on the testsite.

CSS file which is used by the module can be loaded due to configuration of your web server. You can see it if try to open this link into a browser. Set "Safe mode" parameter to "No" in module settings.

Ah, ok, excellent, is that because it wants to directly reference a file, which admintools doesn't allow?
I've set it to 'safe mode' off, and now it shows the menu as it should, thankyou very much!
