I want to ask how to put scroll controls (top and bottom) only in my submenus?

Hello,

Set 'Max Height' option in menu settings.

set it to what?

and what about the rest? Min scroll height

I keep changing values...but the only thing i can do is to appear only the bottom scroll control

i don't want to have scroll control in main menu. only in sub-menus. is it possible to have that?

No, scrolling applies for all menus. You can read description of 'Max Height' and 'Min Scroll Height' parameters here.
