Good afternoon
Can you help me with the code, please:
so that each new quiz question starts at the beginning of the page. My question doesn't start at the beginning of the page - it skips the execution slider and the title of the question.

Try to add the following value to "Scroll offer" parameter on "ARI Stream Quiz -> Settings -> General" page:

This option makes sense when "Smart scroll" is enabled (on the same settings page). Otherwise the plugin doesn't affect on scroll position.
