I would like to insert an image within "[Add explanation to the question]." While there is a button to insert images, I specifically want to insert an image in an expanded state. (I envision the image being visible to the user immediately after the true/false judgment of the quiz.) If it is possible to achieve this, please kindly explain the method to do so.

Hello,

HTML code are supported in "Add explanation to question" field. You can use "Insert image" button in the editor or add HTML code for image manually. It will look like (just switch editor to plain text mode):

<img src="IMAGE_URL" />

Replace IMAGE_URL with image URL.
