I sent support an email back in April about my quiz not loading and never received a response. My quiz still isn't loading. I tried adding that inline scripts code and the quiz still doesn't load. Webpage: jnjlegalservices.com/quiz/ Please help!

Hello,

If you use a cache plugin, try to clean cache and also try to add inline_scripts="1" attribute to shortcode. It will look like:

Open also "ARI Stream Quiz -> Settings -> Advanced" page and enable "Prefetch quiz session" checkbox.

Hi, I tried the cache plugin before and again now and it still didn't help the quiz load. I entered inline scripts same as below. And I also enabled the prefetch and quiz still doesn't load.

It seems like a problem with a cache. Could you provide a temporary access to your WordPress backend by email so we can investigate it in more details? PS: We see difference IDs in HTML container and JS code. Regards, ARI Soft
