Email domain validation before sending quiz result 2 Years, 8 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi, I am using Ari Stream Quiz PRO plugin for more than 1,5 years, and I have 1 quiz, where users have to enter their email to get the result in email box.

I integrated your plugin with Mailerlite, and I have a double opt-in option enabled. However, visitors of my website often write their own email domains wrong. Instead of 'gmail.com' they write 'gmail.ru', instead of 'mail.ru' they write 'email.ru' etc.

I know, that double opt-in option helps to avoid this incorrect emails in my subscribers list. But I don't want to miss new subscribers, so I need to warn these users, that they write their email domains wrong.

So I have an idea for your plugin's improvement: can you add an 'email domains white-list' tab in settings, where webmasters can add their own list? Btw, it will also help to avoid users with correct, but temporary emails.

Or maybe you should add an automatic validation 'on the fly' of every entered email domain? I saw once on a website, that they have an email form, and if you enter a '@gmail.ru' or smth like that, the system won't allow to send it, and shows a notification to enter a correct email domain. But the first idea sounds easier (and more effective) to implement.

So what do you think about that? Thanks in advance for an answer!
