Hello, hope you're well!

The "lockout answers" option is disabled but I can't change the answer after select one.

I thought it was a plugin or theme conflict, but I disabled all plugins, except ARI Stream Quiz, and activated Tweenty Twenty-One theme, and the issue continues.

All plugins and WordPress are up to date and there is no error on console.

You can't change answers because only one question is shown per page. The plugin complete a page automatically when an answer provided for last question on the page.

But what if I clicked by mistake? Do I need to press F5 on the page and start all over again?

Currently it is not possible to change answer for last question on a page. It does to avoid extra clicks.
