Is there a way to properly format the global mail that goes out: "Mail subject" and "Mail body"? I know we can use some predefined variables such as {{quiz}} and {{title}}, but these are all on a single line. When the email goes out with the results of the personality information, all the formatting is lost when the email is received by the recipient. This is not the case with the custom email that is created under the specific Personality Quiz - this one is fine. This problem arises only with the global Email. Any suggestions?

Also, the results that are sent from the global email section does not show more than one results in the email that is sent. Again, this is not the case with the custom email that is sent from each specific Personality Quiz. This issue is only under the global email share setting. Any suggestions?

If you mean share "Email" button then it can only pass a plain text to an email.

Regarding the questions in my message, can you clarify whether the multiple personality results are not shared via the "share email" option? Only a single result is sent out.
