Trying to install last update but all I get is this error message "ARI Stream Quiz: Update package not available."
Version installed on WP right now is Version 1.5.52
Please advise

Make sure API key is specified in plugin settings.

I've used the codecanyon license key as the API key, is it correct?

No, this plugin from Envato can be used to update plugins which are purchased via CodeCanyon or contact us by email and we will provide an API key.
