If I copy my one quiz I get the following error message. What can I do? THX

Thank you for your help. Updating is not possible. I have bought the plugin by Envato and I use the Envato market plugin to update all plugins. In case of ARI Stream Quiz update it doesn't work and I get the message "Updating failed - package not available".
