Could you provide more details how to reproduce the problem? What PHP/MySQL/WordPress versions are install on your site? Have you checked PHP error log?

The error comes out when I open the link to the quizzes made from the backend. We have WordPress 5.5.3. I'm running the site in Avada theme

Is it possible to see the problem anywhere? Have you checked PHP error log?

It seems installation is corrupted and some files are missed. Try to re-install the plugin.
