All labels are defined in language files. You can read here how to update an existing translation or create a new one.

I've changed the ari-stream-quiz.pot, but the quiz still shows the old message. What could be wrong?

It needs to edit an appropriate .po file. POT is a language template file which is used to create new translations.

OK, but which one then in this list? We have English site only, but there is no EN .po file.

Just made it - created a new translation and set the language to English. Sorry for bothering.
