My quiz contains 4 questions but unfortunately I can only select answers on the last question.The other 3 are not clickable.
How can I solve this problem please?

This problem with site theme styles. Open "Advanced" tab on "ARI Stream Quiz -> Settings" page and populate "Custom CSS styles" parameter with the following code:

.ari-stream-quiz .clearfix { height: auto; }
