I just bought the subscription chasing a 4pm deadline and I cannot even build a quiz. It opens and freezes. Please refund me.

Hello,

We have provided the refund. BTW, if have any difficulties, you can contact us and we will try to find a solution how to resolve them. In your case it looks like a problem with a cache or 3rd party plugin.
