Hi,

Working on an update of my homeapge I made a new Cloud Carousel by copying one which is working perfectly. Integration is Sexy Lightbox. My problem with the new carousel is that when I click the carousel to open the sexy lightbox I must use the next arrow to continue - it should do that automatically like in the one which I copied 1:1.

Joomla! 3.9.22, php 7.3.5 local and 7.3 at the hoster, Smart Content is vers. 2.3.3.

Edit: in my second homeapge I wanted to make the same Cloud Carousel and when I click on "select" for selecting which content will be there, I get the error message as attached. This page is at the moment only updates locally.

I still don't get the ARI Smart Content Cloud Carousel to run in the site which is known to you. I now changed to ARI Cloud Carousel with ARI Sexy Light Box, and at least the carousel appears with all photos. But even though there is the .ini file for the description non of the photos shows anything. The aricloudcarousel.ini file is UTF-8 encoded, this site of the homepage does not need multilingual, so in the modul it is set to "No".
If there isn't any solution I will have to use another plugin/modul from another company and forget the pretty carousel. I have spent too many hours in trying everything but in vain. In other parts of the homepage the carousel (Smart Content) does work properly, and even though I copied one of the working carousels, renamed it, corrected the image folder, ...... my uncountable hours were for nothing.

Could you provide exact link(s) to page(s) where the carousel working incorrectly (if we understand correctly it doesn't show titles) and a temporary access to J! backend by email?
