Database not connecting correctly

Database not connecting correctly 4 Years, 9 Months ago Karma: 0
We have a database that is working correctly and I have set up a second that is the same version but the database is not connecting correctly.

I have tried to use the debug but am not seeing any error.

I have sent an email with log in credentials as I can't find an answer to this.

Followed email instruction. Still is not working correctly. Trying to figure out why the other databases work on that page but the new one doesn't.

We still have not been able to get the database to connect correctly even with the plugin installed per email. We really need to get this connecting.
