Hello

I purchased a license of ARI Smart Content. I want to use the ARI JTabView-Plugin in Joomla-Article-Content.

After the installation ( Extensions -> install/uninstall -> Install from Directory) I checked the diagnostics of this plugin. Now a have an error at "Joomla! content plugin" ( Diagnostic -> System ). Error: "Not installed or installed not properly".
I tried the button "try to fix" but nothing's changed. After that I tried the Button "clear" and followed the instructions for installing the "Joomla! content plugin" over the "install directory".
Then I receive the error:

"JInstaller::install: There is already a folder called '[joomla_url]\plugins\content\arismartcontent.php'. Please initially check whether:
• the Extension is already installed
• the file names in the XML file are spelled correctly
• there are no XML files listed inside the extension.xml file
• all of the files (not including XML files) are correctly listed in the extension.xml file and there are no duplicate entries
• there is an empty folder listed from a previous installation attempt"

What can I do now? Any Idea?
