Lightbox option is applying for "Open book" link when "ARI Smart Book -> Category" menu item type is used. It seems in your case you load books one by one via plugin/module.

Im so sorry for the delayed answer, we were on holidays.

I tried to make the lightbox as you said, but it looks like it wont work, or I can't figure out how.

There I created a menu item with "ARI Smart Book » Book" type and then on the page I created a link to that item on the text "Lightbox". Of course the book has the Lightbox option activated with Joomla Lightbox. So it wont open the lightbox, did I do something wrong?

Hello,

As we wrote previously, it should be "ARI Smart Book -> Category" menu item type. If you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email, we will create a menu item for you.

Just for the record, the problem was the visualization beign affected by the template, so I was told to add the following CSS code to my template:



And this solved the problem.
