HTTP ERROR 500 5 Years, 10 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi,

I have one question, i have setup everything on ARI smart book to import from CloudConvert, as soon as I try to upload the document
Import Data: - > Upload file: -> Import
My site goes to Error 500

Any ideas.

Hello,

Does it contain any error message? If not try to set "Error reporting" parameter to "Development" value on "System -> Global Configuration -> Server" page or check web server error log.

I switched error on and i got this
