Hi, I have one question, i have setup everything on ARI smart book to import from CloudConvert, as soon as I try to upload the document Import Data: - > Upload file: -> Import My site goes to Error 500 Any ideas. Thank you Fotis

Hello, Does it contain any error message? If not try to set "Error reporting" parameter to "Development" value on "System -> Global Configuration -> Server" page or check web server error log. Regards, ARI Soft

I switched error on and i got this
