I've updated to last version (1.10.1)
Works better, but still got some issue in zoom in / zoom out.

Set "Auto size" parameter to "Yes" and save template settings.

Yes, I've set it before. The screenshots I've sent already have the option set

This is what I've got in style Settings.


Maximum width 964px
Minimum width 200px
Auto size Yes
Optimum page width (empty)
Optimum page height (empty)
Height 596px
Show shadow Yes
Shadow between pages Yes
Font size 14px

And in Book Settings tab

Pages display mode Two pages
Double page min width 300px
Text direction Left to right
Page image scale Keep scale
Show gradients Yes
Show cover Yes
Show title No
Duration 600
Elevation 50
Keyboard navigation Yes
Show page numbers Yes
Disable right click No

The book is shown fine. We checked it with different size of browser's window. Try again please.
