I actually was expecting to import the pdf directly, instead of importing the pdf and later creating a book pointing to the folder I have just created. Would be better to streamline this process (or maybe I´m missing something)

I use a PDF printer driver in Word (Bullzip)and create the images by printing to JPG one image per page, it's just a case of uploading the images. Make sure the sort order is correct though.
