Hello,

When viewing a book in Google Chrome, left clicking the cover zooms in instead of opening the book. FF, IE work fine.

The only way to change pages is to click the left and right arrows.

Any idea?

Cheers,
Tony

Hello,

It works fine for us in Google Chrome. We have checked it in Google Chrome v. 40.0.2214.111 on Mac OS. Could you specify what version of Google Chrome you use and on what device?

Regards,
ARI Soft

Hi, sorry I should have mentioned the version in my first post.

Windows 8.1, Chrome Version 40.0.2214.111

I've tried this on two Windows 8.1 computers with the same version of Chrome with the same result.

Here is a link to a quick Jing video of it. When I "left" click, the image zooms in, also, the page can't be changed by dragging the corner.

Cheers,
Tony

We checked it in Windows 7 and Windows 10 and the book works fine. See the following video:

Are 3rd party add-ons installed for Google Chrome browser?

I have tried it on multiple computers, PC's and Macs and it seems to work fine on 90% of them. I have only run across 5 computers where it doesn't work correctly and one of them is mine.

I have also read about many, many issues Chrome has with mouse clicks not registering properly within Chrome itself, so I think this is definitely an issue with Google Chrome and not SmartBook.

Sorry to have troubled you with this, but thanks for taking the time to look into it for me. I'll keep looking into what might be causing Chrome to not register the proper "click".

Cheers,
Tony
